1. Research use only (RUO)

All Auron Labs products are sold exclusively as reference compounds for in-vitro research, analytical chemistry and laboratory purposes.

They are expressly NOT intended for use in humans or animals – whether oral, by injection, topical or otherwise. They are not medicinal products, food supplements, food, cosmetics or medical devices and have not been approved by any medicines authority (e.g. ŠÚKL, EMA).

The tablet format serves solely precise portioning, stability and handling in the laboratory and does not imply suitability for ingestion.

2. No health or efficacy claims

All information on this website, in the peptide lexicon, on product pages, in emails or social media is provided for factual scientific information only. It is not medical advice, a health claim, a dosage recommendation or instructions for use.

References to scientific literature reflect the cited studies, which are mostly preclinical. Results from cell or animal models cannot be transferred to humans.

Our staff do not provide information on use in humans; such enquiries will not be answered.

3. Eligible customers

Products are aimed at research institutions, universities, laboratories, analytical service providers and qualified individuals aged 18 or over with suitable facilities and expertise.

We reserve the right to request proof of intended use or institutional affiliation and to refuse orders without giving reasons.

4. Buyer's obligations

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that purchase, import, possession, storage, use and disposal comply with the laws applicable at their location (in particular medicines, narcotics, anti-doping, chemicals and customs law).

Passing products on to third parties, especially minors or unqualified persons, and resale for human consumption are prohibited.

Products must be stored and handled according to the safety data sheet and label. Personal protective equipment must be worn.

5. Anti-doping notice

Some substances offered are on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) prohibited list. Their use in sport is prohibited. Auron Labs does not support any use for doping purposes.

6. Quality and certificates of analysis

The specification of each batch is documented in the corresponding COA. Only the values stated there at the time of testing are warranted.

Compound data (formula, molar mass, CAS no., sequence) has been carefully researched; deviations in the literature are possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Auron Labs is not liable for damage of any kind resulting from improper use, in particular use in humans or animals, from improper storage or handling, or from the buyer's breach of applicable law.

The buyer indemnifies Auron Labs against all third-party claims based on such use, including reasonable legal defence costs.

Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under product liability law remains unaffected.

8. Liability for content

We strive for accurate and up-to-date content but accept no liability for completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Subject to change and errors.

9. Liability for external links

Our website links to external databases and sites (e.g. PubMed, PubChem, UniProt) over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for such content.

10. Emergency
