Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 2026. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with Auron Labs s.r.o. via the online shop auron-labs.com.
1. Scope and contracting party
Your contracting party is Auron Labs s.r.o., [Straße Hausnummer], [PSČ] Bratislava, Slovenská republika ("Auron Labs", "we").
These terms apply to consumers and businesses. Conflicting terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree in writing.
2. Intended use (research use only)
All products are intended exclusively for scientific research, analytical and laboratory purposes (Research Use Only, RUO).
The products are not medicinal products, food, food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They are neither approved nor intended for use in or on humans or animals, in particular not for diagnosing, treating, alleviating or preventing disease.
By ordering, the customer confirms that they (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) purchase and use the products solely for the above purposes, (c) have the expertise required to handle laboratory chemicals and (d) comply with all regulations applicable at the destination, in particular on import, possession and use.
We may refuse or cancel orders where there are indications of improper use.
3. Conclusion of contract
Products shown in the shop do not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order.
By clicking "Place binding order" the customer submits a binding offer. Entries can be reviewed and corrected before submission.
The automatic order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept or, at the latest, when we dispatch the goods.
Contract languages are German, English and Slovak. We store the contract text and send the order data and these terms by email.
4. Prices and shipping
All prices are in euros including the statutory VAT of the country of destination, plus shipping.
Shipping: Slovakia and Czechia €6.90, other EU member states €9.90. Free shipping from an order value of €150.
For deliveries to businesses with a valid VAT ID in another EU member state, the reverse-charge procedure may apply.
5. Payment
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Bank details and the payment reference (order number) are provided in the order confirmation.
Payment is due within 7 calendar days. If payment is not received in time we may withdraw from the contract and release the reserved goods.
Further payment methods will be shown at checkout once available.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the European Union via DHL. Orders are generally dispatched on the business day payment is received (if received by 2 pm), otherwise on the next business day.
Transit time is usually 1–2 business days (SK/CZ) or 2–5 business days (rest of EU). Delivery times are non-binding unless a fixed date was expressly agreed.
After dispatch the customer receives the DHL tracking number by email and, if provided, by SMS.
We do not ship outside the EU or to countries where possession of the products is prohibited.
7. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
8. Transfer of risk and transport damage
For consumers, risk passes upon handover of the goods; for businesses, upon handover to the carrier.
Please report obvious transport damage to the carrier immediately and notify us within 7 days with photos. Consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; see our cancellation policy. It does not apply to sealed goods whose seal has been removed after delivery.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply: 24 months for consumers, 12 months for businesses.
The agreed quality is defined exclusively by the product specification and the batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA). No fitness for a particular purpose is warranted.
Please send complaints, stating order and batch number, to info@auron-labs.com.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and within the scope of any guarantee given.
For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use, storage or handling, or from disregarding Section 2. The customer indemnifies us against third-party claims in this respect.
12. Customer account
Login credentials must be kept confidential. We may suspend accounts in the event of breaches of these terms, in particular Section 2.
13. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Slovak Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of habitual residence.
For businesses, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bratislava.
15. Severability
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
