Quality & analytics
Every batch that leaves our warehouse is analytically documented – not just on paper, but with raw data, batch number and full traceability.
Our quality promise
We only sell what we have measured. Every batch passes a fixed chain of goods-in, quarantine, independent analysis and documented release before it is shown as available.
1. Synthesis & raw material
Active compounds are produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) at qualified partners and purified by preparative HPLC.
Suppliers are audited before the first order and re-evaluated annually.
2. Tablet formulation
The compound is pressed with common inert excipients (e.g. microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate) into tablets with a defined content.
Benefits in the lab: exact portioning without weighing errors, better room-temperature stability and clean handling.
3. HPLC purity
Reverse-phase HPLC (C18), UV detection at 214 nm. Release criterion: ≥ 98 %, typical ≥ 99 %. The chromatogram is part of the COA.
4. Identity by mass spectrometry
ESI-MS confirms the molecular mass within tolerance (± 1 Da), supplemented by MS/MS where needed.
5. Tablet testing
Assay against reference standard, uniformity of mass, hardness and disintegration based on European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) methods. Visual inspection of every batch.
6. Packaging & labelling
Light-protected HDPE jars with desiccant and tamper seal, or aluminium blisters. Every pack shows name, content, batch number, manufacturing and best-before date and "Research Use Only".
7. Storage & stability
Stored in a temperature-monitored warehouse at 15–25 °C, dry and protected from light. Retention samples are kept until 12 months after expiry.
Certificate of analysis (COA)
The COA lists batch number, test date, specification, results, chromatogram and mass spectrum. Download it on the product page or request it for your batch.
Traceability & complaints
Every jar can be traced back to the synthesis batch. Please report issues with order and batch number – we review retention samples and reply within 5 working days.
