Slovakia & Czechia: €6.90

Germany, Austria and rest of EU: €9.90

Free shipping on orders from €150 – to every destination.

Delivery times

Orders paid before 2 pm ship the same working day.

Slovakia/Czechia: 1–2 days · Germany/Austria/Poland/Hungary: 2–3 days · rest of EU: 3–5 days.

No dispatch on weekends and Slovak public holidays.

How your order works

1. Place order – instant confirmation with bank details.

2. Bank transfer with order number as reference.

3. Payment received – email notice, order moves to packing.

4. Packing & check – every item scanned and ticked off (four-eyes principle).

5. Dispatch – DHL tracking by email and SMS.

6. Delivery – home, parcel locker or service point.

Tracking & delivery

Use the DHL tracking number to change delivery day or drop-off place. If nobody is home, the parcel is held at the nearest service point for 7 days.

Packaging

Neutral, unmarked boxes, light-protected sealed jars and padding. Sender shown only as "Auron Labs s.r.o.". Boxes are over 80 % recycled material.

Payment methods

SEPA bank transfer in advance. Card payment coming soon.

Use your order number as reference. Standard SEPA takes about 1 working day, SEPA Instant a few seconds.

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.

Invoices & institutes

Every order receives a proper VAT invoice. Institutes and businesses with a valid VAT ID can be supplied VAT-free intra-community. Contact us for framework agreements, invoice payment and bulk quantities.

Customs & destinations

We ship within the EU only – no customs fees. Switzerland, the UK and other third countries are currently not served.

Damaged or lost parcels

Accept visibly damaged parcels only with reservation and contact us within 7 days with photos. If a parcel is lost, we open a DHL investigation and send a free replacement.

Returns

Please contact us by email before returning goods – we will send you the return address. Opened, unsealed packs are excluded from withdrawal.
