Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Auron Labs s.r.o., [Straße Hausnummer], [PSČ] Bratislava, Slovenská republika, email: info@auron-labs.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email or letter). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

You must send back the goods within fourteen days of informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery – in particular opened tablet jars and blisters with a broken safety seal.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only, not to businesses, institutes or authorities ordering in a professional capacity.
